Christopher Lee

May 27, 2007

Two years ago at a metal festival.

Christopher Lee was the obvious choice today. Not only is he in both the Star Wars and Lord of the Ring sagas, but he is also a horror film legend and part of the James Bond series as well. He’s just done tones of stuff like The Wicker Man, Return from Witch Mountain, 1941, Gremlins 2: The New Batch, Police Academy: Mission to Moscow, The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, Shaka Zulu, Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, and The Man with the Golden Gun.

Christopher Lee is also tied with Vince Vaughn as the tallest leading man ever, and is also one of the oldest metal musicians ever. I suppose that makes sense given his dark movie history.

Lee is 85.

Other birthdays: Louis Gossett Jr., Paul Bettany, Andre 3000, Todd Bridges, Adam Carolla, and Henry Kissinger.

Don’t forget about The Stupids! That’s quality TV!

Haha. I’ve never seen The Stupids, so I didn’t know he was in it.

I was one of our favorite silly movies for a while. Tom Arnold is in it. Very stupid, but we absolutely loved it!

I’ve just never had a chance to see it.
